  • All orders are shipped from Montreal, QC, Canada.
  • Processing Time: Handmade nail sets require 1-2 weeks for processing. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
• Local Shipping (Montreal):
  • Free shipping is available for orders within Montreal.
  • Due to ongoing Canada Post strikes, we use a local shipping service for all deliveries within Canada to ensure timely arrival at your door.
• Shipping Timelines:
  • Canada: 1-2 business days
  • United States: 2-3 business days
  • International: 5-7 business days (via DHL)
• Customs and Import Taxes:
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
