Return and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
- Custom Products: Custom products cannot be returned. Please note that slight variations in color may occur between the actual product and the representation on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that these variations are acceptable. To ensure your satisfaction, we typically send a photo of the final result before shipping. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately so we can address them before your order is sent.
- Sizing: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct nail size is ordered. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing.
- Returns: We do not accept returns unless the product was damaged or the incorrect item was sent. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping.
