Hi there,

Ordering your customized press-on nails set is easy and personalized just for you! Here's how:

Customization Details: Provide us with your design preferences and any specific ideas you have in mind. You can do this by filling out our customization form https://forms.gle/fz4fHDcr1sqLUy8p7 or emailing us directly at chewchew.nailsart@gmail.com.
You can also place your order on this website by clicking [Order Here] to easily confirm your choice of shape and size.

Design Confirmation: Once we receive your customization details, we'll work on creating a digital mock-up of your custom nail set based on your preferences. We'll send this to you for approval.
(Note: we will take a deposit of 50% to process the design)

Nail Sizes: Please specify your nail sizes, shape, and length in the notes at checkout. If you’re purchasing a sizing kit, it will be shipped first. Once you’ve sized your nails, send us your sizes via DM or message.

Order Confirmation: Upon your approval of the design, we'll confirm your order and provide you with a timeline for production and delivery.

Payment: Make payment securely through our website or via Interac e-transfer, depending on your preference.

Lead Times: Custom designs typically take 1-2+ weeks, depending on order quantity and design complexity. You’ll receive updates on your order throughout the process. (Note: Lead times do not include shipping and delivery.

Refund Policy: Once production begins after receiving your nail sizes, your order is non-refundable.

Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to duties and taxes. We also provide a Canada-Wide Free Shipping on Orders Over 150$ ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
